Service Rates

Rates Effective January 1, 2021

Please allow 3 to 4 business days for repairs.

Notes:

1. We work on a first come, first serve basis. No appointment is necessary!
2. What to bring with your computer:
   • Desktop Computers: Please bring just the computer. Leave your monitor, keyboard, mouse, and cables at home unless you are having problems with one of these items.
   • Laptops & Netbooks: In addition to the computer, please be sure to bring the AC Adapter (the power cord).
   • All Computers: Any disks that came with your computer: Application CD/DVD (like QuickBooks or Microsoft Office); Operating System, System Recovery, and/or System Restore disks

Diagnostics includes but is not limited to: powering up your equipment, running tests to determine if the hardware is sound, running tests to determine if malware or viruses exist on your system, testing your hard drive for proper operation, testing your power supply, testing your video, testing your Wi-Fi, any type of work done to determine what is wrong with your equipment you brought in for service.

Wipe and reload of Original OS includes restoring your computer to factory new condition with the Operating System that the computer is licensed for unless you bring us a Genuine Microsoft Operating System and Activation Key. We install all the Window Updates including the latest security updates.

Backup and Restore of your data includes cloning your original hard drive, scanning the clone to remove malware and viruses, restoring your data back to your rebuilt computer. Applications like Microsoft Office and Accounting software will need to be reinstalled from your install disks or downloaded again. If you provide us the install disks, we will install the applications at no additional charge.

Limited Telephone/Online Support for your computer that was recently repaired - does not include advanced technical services, networking, or servers.

Rush/Expedited Service means we start working on your equipment right away. Depending on issues found, expect repairs to be completed in 1 to 2 business days.

Hourly Rates applies to the following services (Minimum one hour billable service):

• Remote Support services
• Server Operating System Install, Configure & Support

• Cloud Backup Solutions
• Networking, Security, VPN, Firewall Setup & Support
• Legacy Support : Unix, Novell, DOS, NT, Windows 3.1, Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8
